1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Business Days: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Hong Kong Time)

  • Note: Orders placed after 6:00 PM HKT or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Note: International shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance processes.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also track your order by logging into your XINMIAS account.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use reputable carriers for all shipments, including but not limited to:

  • Hong Kong: SF Express, Hongkong Post

  • International: DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, or local postal services

The carrier is selected based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

5. International Shipping & Customs Duties

For international orders:

  • Import Duties & Taxes: You (the customer) are responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by your country's customs office upon delivery.

  • Delays: Customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our control.

  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we will refund the product cost minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.

6. Shipping Address & Order Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.

  • Before Shipment: If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at servbox@xinmias.com. We will do our best to update the address.

  • After Shipment: Once your package has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

We take responsibility for your order until it arrives at your door.

  • Lost Package: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors or local post office. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery status. We will file a claim with the carrier and either issue a replacement or a refund.

  • Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damaged box and product, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to the following regions due to carrier or customs restrictions:

We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses for express shipping options.

9. Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ship all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Peak holiday seasons

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at servbox@xinmias.com with your order number, and we will investigate with the carrier.
